For your consideration….

Today’s message has come through so strong and so urgent that I first want to acknowledge those who are in such intense emotional pain. I send you my love and blessings and angels to surround, love and support you. Please do not hesitate to contact me via the google or facebook links on this page.

Today’s message acknowledges our emotional pain but is asking us to release it. This can be hard because often it has been caused by a defining moment in our life such as when we lose someone we deeply love. Our life changes in that moment. For ever more it is defined by before or after this event.

No one is denying this intense emotional pain and the difficulty of it…including God. But we are being asked to surrender it up for healing. We are being reminded that we are surrounded by God and his realm of angelic healers who love us, want to heal us, watch us grow, and light our way.

The pain is real. It is so attached to us that it can be hard to let go. But please, give it up for healing to help you move forward in your life. Yes, it was a defining moment but it too is gone. Do not let it be what defines and determines today.

I send you love. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate daily. Consistency is the key.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

-Notice……Mother Earth….how she smells, what she sounds like, what you hear, how she feels….

What made me smile yesterday……

-A beautiful warm sunny day on Whidbey Island.

-A great ferry ride trip to and walking trip to Port Townsend with my Alex and Cathy.

-The Center for Happiness.

-Chilling in for the evening with those I love.

NOTE: As I write what I am grateful for in “What made me smile yesterday”, I feel guilty because I know someone is in great emotional pain. I wish I knew who it was but I can not get who it is. So I am saying again, please send me a message via email or facebook. I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
