For your consideration……

Today’s message reminds us that our inner voices are every bit as loud as our physical voice.

Those voices in our head, heart and stomach carry the same energy as our physical voice. Just because we do not say the words out loud does not mean they do not carry the same weight or have impact.

While we may bite our tongue, the energy of those unspoken words is still there. That does not mean that it was not the right thing to do. Of course, it is not appropriate to say out loud everything our inner voices are saying.

But we are being reminded that the energy of those words…good or bad….is still in action and we need to recognize that. Of course, if it is good energy we are good to go. But if it is bad energy…anger, frustration, disappointment etc., we need to address that. We need to change the energy around and release it.

How? The first step is noticing. When we are aware, we can take action. So noticing those unwanted feelings is a good thing. We can then ask ourselves “why” we are feeling this way and “Is it true?” If it is not true, just release it. Let it go. If it is true, that is when we go within and ask our Guidance to speak to our authentic self for resolution and healing and/or we can do positive affirmations.

I picked the picture above because she reflects peaceful listening and that is what my HOPE is for all of us. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. Hear those inner voices in your silence.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember they do not have to be all at once. Take deep breaths walking to and from your car.

-Write down a positive affirmation on a card or piece of paper and carry it with you. Take it out periodically through out the day or when you get those “negative feelings” and read it with passion.

What made me smile yesterday……

-I finished volume one my Master’s class and a couple of the tests.

-Laundry…..done.

-A heavy breeze today to help with the tremendous heat.

-Dinner out.

-A check in with friends, Dianne and Gary. It’s good to know all is well.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
