When You Wish Upon a Star

We are reminded today of the following lyrics most of us remember from our childhood:

They are lyrics from the fairytale, Pinocchio. Often fairy tales have a message. And as children we all got the message from Pinocchio, “Do not lie.” But maybe not as many of us got the message in the above song.

The song is about fate and wishing your dreams to fruition. That is a powerful message…..When we get still and tap into what our heart truly desires, we can manifest our dreams. When our body, mind and spirit are in sync, there is no doubt. There is no judgement. There is just belief and knowing. And so we are able to create the energy and space necessary to manifest our dreams.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

But by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Find that stillness and oneness with self to manifest your dreams.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take a walk. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do something you love. Relax.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A long recess.

-Everything Alex needed finally came and we were able to mail it off to her.

-She loves her new house. This is a big relief to us.

-My bed.
