For your consideration…..

Cause and effect….action and reaction is where we are to focus today. Many of us, probably all of us, have “causes” we feel passionately about. We fight for change or reform. These causes can be in our personal or public life. Most of us desperately feel the need for change on earth.

So today we are asked to consider if the “fight” isn’t where what we are doing wrong. We are being reminded that for every action there is a reaction. If our reaction to our “cause” is negative i.e. angry indignant, then we in turn are reverberating back into our “cause” more negative energy.

Anger, indignation, outrage etc. serves a purpose. It can be a call to notice and action. But it is important that once we notice and before we react, we turn that energy around and release back to the universe a positive reaction.

How do we do that? We do it by HOPE. We know, like we know, like we know that we can create change….bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE. We know, like we know, like we know that anything we put our love and passion into trumps anything negative. Whether we see it or not, that positive energy we send out reverberates at a much higher rate and has much more impact. “A little bit goes a long way.”

Today we are reminded to not get caught in the doom and gloom. We are lightworkers and our light, love and HOPE will create the change we want to see. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take.

-Meditate. Focus on the pure energy you have within.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice negative energy, choose to turn it around. Don’t know how or the how isn’t apparent? Create a positive affirmation. “I release __(problem)____________to the light with love for healing and the highest possible outcome.” If you do know what needs to be done, take the step.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-My Alex has reached Whidbey Island safe and sound.

-Talking with Cathy….always cleansing….always loving.

-Yeah. My neighbor, Jone, is home. Long time, no see.

-I almost made a big mistake. There’s those angels again, stepping in and keeping me on track.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
