Self Love Mandala

For your consideration……

Remember this song that keeps singing in my head?

All You Need Is Love

The Beatles

Lennon/McCartney

Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
There's nothing you can do that can't be done.
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung.
Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game
It's easy.
There's nothing you can make that can't be made.
No one you can save that can't be saved.
Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you
in time - It's easy.

All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
There's nothing you can know that isn't known.
Nothing you can see that isn't shown.
Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be.
It's easy.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
All you need is love (all together now)
All you need is love (everybody)
All you need is love, love, love is all you need

We get messages around this all of the time and I suspect we will continue to do so because it is the everything.

Today’s message is more specific, however. It is about the love of self. We must love ourselves before we can fully and completely love other people, places and things.

Yesterday is gone. The last moment is gone. Beating ourselves up serves no purpose. Judging ourselves serves no purpose.

Living this moment the best you can is what counts. Accepting that strength of self is what counts. Believing and knowing that we matter is what counts. Loving ourselves matters. It is critical to fulfilling our life journey and our piece of the Oneness.

Love who you are. Celebrate who you are. Let that self shine in each and every moment. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

Meditate. Accept the peace of your authentic self. Let it calm you.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Journal what you are grateful for.

-Journal your successes and what you most loved about yourself today.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Another awesome warm day.

-Great students.

-Successful shopping. I do not like to shop so this is a biggy.

-I talked to an old friend Camille.

-Alex found a place to call home…..at least for now.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
