For your consideration…….

Are you expecting a Mother’s Day message? Yeah, I was too but that is not what we got.

Today we were given the color “blue” and the message “You are not lost”.

The color blue is often the color we see in the distance or the “backdrop” in what we are seeing. After all, it is the color of the sky and oceans. So maybe if we are feeling lost or adrift we need to give our situation some distance. Maybe we need to look ahead with trust in the future and Divine Timing.

Blue is the color of peace and tranquility. Are we relaxing enough? Are we taking the time to notice….the sky, the oceans, our loved ones, our blessings etc.? Are we making enough time each day to find our peaceful center?

Blue is the color of inspiration, intuition and sincerity. These are all qualities of our authentic self. Are we tapping into them and listening? If not, why not? If we are feeling lost, this is where we find ourselves. This is where we can always find our Guidance. This is where we find our center. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray….relax and breath. Notice and let go of all those things that pop into your head. Stick with it breath down into your center. Listen.

-Drink lots of water. I am not good about this. I am switching it up and going to try and get most of my water in the morning. I am going to try and create a new habit.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-If you have your mother with you, talk to her. If not, talk to her anyway, write her a note.

To my Mom, Patsy Lou,

Mom, there were things that were always a for sure. I always knew you loved me with all of your hear and I always knew you were doing the very best you could. I love you. I miss you. I know you are standing over my baby girl this week.

Thank you.

Chris

What made me smile yesterday…….

-A late late sleep-in at Stillwater.

-Yeah, Will, my great son-in-law, hooked up my washer and dryer.

-A relaxed visit with long time friends, John and Jackie.

-A warm sit outside and relax day. Just what I needed.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
