For your consideration…..

Seriously? Yup, that is what I said too. Today we get fish bones.

When we are shown bones it usually has something to do with the foundation of our belief system, our core values, etc. A strong foundation is essential in all things including our life journey.

Today we are given fish bones to remind us to look at our emotions. Our emotions are indicators of how we feel about ourselves in relation to whatever and whoever we are involved with.

This is not new news. So why are we being asked to look at them? Because they may not be true. Our emotions may react based on a false assumption we have accepted as a truth. But if we look deep down into our foundation….past the layers life has piled on…..we may see something different.

How we have taken criticism, handled love, achieved success, responded to winning or losing etc. are all in the layers of life accepted and now in our “response system”. But is it really true?

Of course, much of it is. We have intuitively accepted life steps we knew were important for us. If it is from our Guidance, it always feels like love….even if it is something we don’t want to do.

But those negative feelings usually coming from judgement and are not true. If we have accepted them, then we will have emotional responses that are not correct. We will have emotions that are not indicative of who we really are. We are not responding to our truth or the truth of the situation.

Today we are being made aware to examine the emotion and ask the question. “Is this true?” Once again, you know it, the way to get to our foundation….our core or authentic self….is through prayer and meditation. That is where we find our truth. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…..get silent and ask the questions.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-If you were truly free, what would it look and feel like? Write it down. Is there any “low hanging fruit”? Is there anything you can do to move you in the right direction?

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Working with Kelly on a new adventure.

-My neighbor, my friend, Joan, called and said Dude was in trouble with the law. Hey, he is NOT GUILTY. My poor dog.

-A beautiful sunny day. Not too hot. Not too cold.

-Fun neighbors.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
