For your consideration……

Whether you love them or hate them, there is just something magnificent about a night storm. They kind of sneak up on you because all of those storm clouds are hidden by darkness. Or sometimes they come while you are sleeping.

Storms are Mother Earth’s way of keeping her balance….. emotionally and physically. She lets off some steam and then rises and shines brilliantly cleansed in body and renewed in spirit.

So to do we have storms in our lives that must be weathered and they often most resemble the night storms because they kind of sneak up on us.

Our storms mirror Mother Earth’s. Some are big and some are small but all are necessary for our physical, emotional and spiritual growth.

Our personal storms bring our emotions, anxieties and frustrations to the surface for cleansing, purification and releasing. In the absence of light it is hard to see this.

But remember, unlike Mother Earth we do not have to wait for the sunlight. We always have access to light. We but need to call forth our Guidance and ask for it. And as we call forth that light, the storm does not seem so big, overwhelming, nor so scary. In the light we realize we will weather it just fine. In the light we see ourselves stronger with new and/or renewed possibilities released from fear and anxiety. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate…..the more consistently you meditate the easier it is to access your inner Guidance when you need it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Spend as much time as you can outdoors. Take in at least 10 deep breaths. Again this is practice so that when you need it is an automa-tic response.

-Keeping our energy positive will not only help us “weather our storms”, it will help make some of them smaller. EFT (tapping) is a great way to keep your energy on track.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A beautiful weather day.

-A good chat with an old friend, Dianne

-We watched the dolphins follow kayakers, fish and play for 3 hours.

-We saw a couple of jet skis crash but no one was injured. That was a miracle.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
