For your consideration…..
First of all apologies. We have computer issues today. So after 4.5 hours I am currently at the public library.
That is the bad news. The great news is the day started off amazing. It is fun for me when we are given our messages through analogies and even more fun when I know who is delivering it. That is how we have been given our message today, through an analogy from Archangel Metatron.
We are being asked to remember when we were school children. Remember our school plays or performances. We never really had an option. There was going to be a play, we were going to be in it and we were given a role.
Compare that to life. Here we are. We are part of the whole. We are part of the One. We have a role to play. How we play the role is up to us. How much work we put into it is up to us. Whether or not we like the role is up to us. We can make as much or little out of it as we want to.
Apply those same things to life. What is our role and how do we want to play it?
For many of us, perhaps most of us, we do not fully understand our role…our life purpose. It is a process of discovery. We get there step by step just like when we were children and learned our part line by line. But through perseverance, hard work, and courage we prevail.
And so shall we in our life. We are simply being asked to take our next step with a full and loving heart and the intention of doing our best. We will prevail.
Together with each of us playing our roles to the best of our ability, we can bring balance back into our world. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate….set your intentions to connect with your best self….your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Go for a walk.
-Take some alone time.
-Laugh….a lot…..the more the better.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A great coaching session with Gena. She is contagious. I learned a lot.
-A trip to Stillwater. Ahhhh sweet peace.
-A walk with Dude. I don’t know who was happier.
-A long snooze.
