For your consideration…..

Today’s message is a light gentle reminder not to take life or ourselves too seriously. Consider our lives like a our dinner plate and act accordingly i.e.; Put only what’s good for you on it. Don’t put too much on your plate. Try new things. Savor each bite and enjoy it. Don’t waste it. It’s better when you share it with others. And finally, save room for desert…..fun.

That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Find your inner calm. Some days will be easier than others. That is OK. Don’t judge it. Just do the best you can.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take at least 10 deep breaths.

-Journal your dreams…not just the ones from you sleep state…..the dreams you have for your life.

-Do at least on active thing like exercise, walk, stretch, dance around the house etc.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-My friend, Janet, came to Stillwater for lunch and a great relaxing afternoon. Thank you, Janet.

-Christmas dinner with the ladies I used to work with. Fun. It is great catching up.

-Alex got her Christmas present and is thrilled.

-Nick is awake again. I pray, pray, pray that he is OK.

-A great call from my nephew, Jack. He is always uplifting and HOPEful.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
