For your consideration…..

What were your last thoughts before you went to bed last night? What about leading up to bedtime? Did you think about today?

We tend to get wrapped up in tasks, work, lists etc. We focus on picking up right where we left off. We plan for that.

But yesterday is gone. It can’t be changed. Do we really want to carry its energy into the next day, day after day?

Today we being asked to consider changing it up. Let your last thoughts be of gratitude for the day you were just given. Then turn your focus to t he new day. Let go of expectations. Consider that it is going to be a surprise gift. You have no idea what it is going to be but you know it is exactly perfect for you. Sleep on that. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Feel your perfection and your perfect connection to the Universe.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths out-of-doors.

-Drink lots of water.

-Stretch or exercise or go for a walk etc.

-Expect your dreams to come true. Expect miracles. Sleep on it.

 

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A long talk with Cathy. That doesn’t happen very often. We have lived a long way away from each other for 39 years and I miss her the same today as I did the day I moved.

-A fabulous dinner with husband and friends at our club.

-Bruce helped me load up his truck for more of the move to Stillwater. It went surprisingly smooth. Then it started to snow. But I left anyway and just like a miracle it stopped as quickly as it started. I got here with all in tack and unloaded in just minuted. Perfect.
