For your consideration…..
Remember a few days ago I posted a message from Archangel Michael to Rev. Nina Roe? It spoke to truth being the only way forward. Today’s message again is about truth….your truth.
As we live and grow each of us has learned life lessons to finding our authentic truth. Are we done? No. Each day we continue the journey. But that does not matter. Our authentic self is what we know for sure. It is our truth. And it is what we are being asked to wear each and every day.We are also being reminded that when we wear our truth, we are protected. It is like a personal shield.
So pull out what you know for sure, your authentic self. Put it on and wear it proudly. It is who you are. It is what the world needs from you so collectively we can grow. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Mediate. Find your peace.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-Get in some movement (That sounds more doable than exercise, doesn’t it?)
-Drink lots of water
-Be your truth each moment.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Lots of errands. Ahhh success.
-Lunch with Shannon. It is a rarity these days so it was really great.
-Sunshine.
-Lots of prayers for Nick.
