For your consideration……

“The best version of ME is when I see myself as WORTHY”.

We forget that we were born into this life exactly perfect for our life’s purpose.

What happened to that perfection? What happened to our self-worth? Somewhere along the way we let our perfection get colored over. It is still there but is buried under all of those regrets, self-opinions, opinions of others, events etc.

Those are all judgements. When we let judgements into our Core Essence Self, our Soul, they color over our perfection and diminish our self-worth.We tie ourselves up with them making our life path much more difficult than it has to be.

But we are reminded today that judgements are from the ego. They are not from our Creator. Like any perfect parent, he holds only love and HOPE for us, not judgement. So grab your eraser from your life tool box and erase those judgements that have colored over your perfection.

Stop beating yourself up over today, yesterday and all those days before. See and act as your Creator sees you…..perfect. If you stumble, pick yourself back up, brush yourself off, smile (even laugh)  and skip on. You are still as you were created. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. Picture those judgements lifting like pieces of old wallpaper. Picture them hitting the trash can. Look at your perfection shiny and clean. Feel yourself whole and powerful.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of  water.

-Laugh. Feel renewed.

-Relax. Do something that makes your soul sing.

What made me smile yesterday…….

– It was all good, where to start? In the first place I am at “Stillwater” with its perfect peaceful energy.

-Meditation is easy here.

-Dude and I had a glorious walk in the sunshine after I blogged yesterday.

-Did I mention that there is NO TV here? Just music.

-I have an Uncle Tim who lives not far from here. He is only 2 years older than me so it is not the normal Uncle/Niece relationship. I invited him for dinner (which was awesome, if I do say so myself). It was fun to catch up.

-Alex is having a great weekend. I love when I can hear her joy through the phone.

-I was contemplating staying on another day, but my friend, Carol, reminded me I am working at our club tomorrow. Saved by Carol, yet again. Thank you, Carol.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
