When we realize we are all part of One, our thinking changes. We realize we are all part of the moment taking place right now in this Life. We realize we all have an important role in its success. We realize we are not alone and separate. And we realize the importance of collaboration because we realize that when we collaborate the synergy of our energy expands exponentially.
All over the world people are waking up. They are realizing not only their own power but the power they have when they collaborate with each other. In each given exchange, we are both the student and the pupil. We teach and we learn. We give and we take. We are partners in the One.
Despite what we hear all over the news, we do not have to have all of the answers. We just have to hold love in our heart for ourselves and each other and HOPE for a better future. We just have to celebrate our part of the One and collaborate together to take the next step whatever we think that is. Don’t assume someone else has all the answers. If it feels like it is right and it is coming from a kind and loving place, it is right. Love trumps all. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate on the power of you.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Bask in the sunshine.
-Have fun. Share your joy.

-I had so much fun teaching with one of Alex’s old teachers and seeing lots of other teachers and friends. What a great day.
