For your consideration…..

Have you ever had the experience where you think you should just scrap something and start over? Or you step back and you realize that you have put so many little changes on something it no longer is recognizable to its original intent. Or maybe it is that beautiful room you created that was so perfect in the beginning but as this and that have been added, even though each may be beautiful themselves, suddenly the room has lost its perfection.

Do you ever feel your life is like that? Do you ever wonder how did I get here? This is not where I thought I was going. Or this is not what I had intended.

In life, we obviously can not “just start over.” But fortunately we don’t ‘t have to.We have talked before about de-cluttering and getting rid of what no longer serves us. Today we are reminded we can create a “new space.” Consider it a dream incubator. We can deposit our intention, our dream, in it and watch it grow.

For sure, we are wiser now. We know to guard this new space and only let into it what is good for its growth. HOPE, love and joy will feed this space and anything we let in must be backed by them. Eventually this new space will grow and start to crowd out the old habits in the old life we no longer need. Make sense?

How do you create this space? Meditate and simply picture a new space in your heart or soul. Give it a name. Everything good and joyous in your life, file it there. Dreams, file them there. HOPEs, file them there. Self-confidence and self-love, file them there. It is your life. You can create anything you want. You don’t know what that is? No matter. Create a space with the “feeling” of what your perfect life would feel like. Only let in what matches that feeling. You have complete control. How does that feel?

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate and create your new space.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

-Stretch

-Journal your HOPEs and Dreams.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A fun student who just had to tell me how much he liked me. That doesn’t happen that often.

-A good nap.

-Leaves vacuumed up….for now.

-A good catch up conversation with friend, Yvonne.

-Friend, Gena, following her intuition. Thank you, Gena.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
