For your consideration…..

Today’s message is short and I repeatedly asked is that it? And repeatedly was told yes. So the message is “play”. At first I thought Monday was an odd day for it but as I consider it, I think it is very appropriate.

We are being reminded that, even as adults, it is important to play. And not to wait until the weekend or vacation. Play daily. As children we did that. As good parents, we make sure our children get to play. When was it decided we no longer needed to do that? Who decided?

Our body,  mind and spirit all benefit when we just give it up, abandon all reason and simply have fun. Did you forget how? Try one of these: Put on a tune and dance with that wild abandon. Make silly faces and make someone giggle. It’s contagious. Pretend you are a rock star. Remember some day or event that was just a hoot, call the friend you were with and relive it together. Get out doors and have some fun. Put on a crazy outfit as you and your partner or friends are getting ready to go out. Watch the reaction. Use your imagination.

You get it. Turn the news off and lighten up. There is enough doom and gloom. Choose to play and attract joy instead. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Let go of anything that is dragging you down.

-Drink lots of water.

-Put on some tunes and dance around the house.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Breakfast with friends.

-Alex got her new phone. Contact is reestablished.

-Dude

-Packing a couple of boxes for Stillwater. Getting excited.

-Friend, Jackie, shared a few humorous moments. That’s always a good way to end the day.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris

Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

Thanks a lot for posting this data, I really do not know about anyone else, but I can totally make use of it.

  5. Hey, simply trying around some blogs, seems a pretty good platform you happen to be using. Im nowadays using WordPress for a couple of my sites however wanting to change certainly one of them up to a platform much like yours for a trial run. Anything particularly you’d probably suggest about it?
