For your consideration…
The sun and clouds are used as an analogy for our message today. We are reminded that the sun rises on all days even the cloudy days and in all types of weather.
No matter what is going on in our lives, there are opportunities and blessings awaiting us. No matter where we are or what we are doing, no matter the circumstances, there are opportunities and blessings awaiting us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember, blessings and opportunities await us.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful spring like day.
-Brunch at the Gandy Dancer with Shannon and Alex. So good.
-I love me new weighted blanket, no more trying to keep the blanket and sheet together while I sleep.
-A good mystery book.
Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter, Shannon.
