For your consideration…

Today’s message is so simple, joyous and practical.

Often we are reminded to be grateful. We understand that and HOPEfully make a practice of it. Today we are given a little different way to do that.

Today we are asked to consider to say the 3 simple words, “I am blessed.” When we say those words we are automatically showing our gratitude. At the same time we are reminding ourselves of what is right in our life versus what is wrong. These simple words are an attitude changer. They change the negative energy into positive and they super charge the positive energy.

We are reminded that we, ourselves are a blessing. So staying in a state of feeling blessed helps us to be our best self. So saying the words, “I am blessed” frequently throughout the day and night reprograms our brain and ego to work in a blessed state.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…frequently…“I am blessed.”

-Meditate/pray..ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day to finish my ride home.

-Lots of help keeping me alert from Vicki, Lori and Jackie.

-I love podcasts.

-A good book.

-Home in time to get a new sump pump before any flooding could occur. BLESSING!
