For your consideration…..
I certainly had some tough moments this week. But evidently I was not alone. What am I saying? We are never really alone. And that is the reminder today.
This free will thing can get in our way sometimes. And sometimes we forget to just give our problems up and turn it over to our God for solution.
Prayer and meditation are a call for help and support. They are the affirmation of a signed contract. They become the “permission slips” from our free will that gives our Higher Power permission to intervene on our behalf.
And when we do, when we truly let go, the miracles happen. You feel the comfort of the Angel’s hugs. You feel the energy shift. You feel whole again as what was tearing you apart is gently woven back in place.That is the HOPE we can count on.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Ask for support if you need it. Ask for guidance to your Highest Good.
-Expect miracles.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get out into nature. Notice her. Take in deep breaths.
-Laugh.
-Really look at those who cross your path. Give them your full attention even for the briefest of moments. You may be what makes them smile today. Why not make that your goal?
What made me smile yesterday…..
-What didn’t? Like I said, when I threw up my hands and quit. When I turned everything over for support from my Highest Good. Everything changed.
-I had an amazing, comforting and revealing meditation yesterday followed by card affirmations.
-My scanner has been down all week causing me lots of extra effort. But yesterday it got fixed. Wahoo. Thank you, Kodak on line chat.
-Shannon, always practical and supportive.
-We finally got Alex’s guitar off in the mail. Wow, the living room looks different. It was becoming part of the decor.
-A fun night out with Bruce.
