For your consideration…

We have many messages about the importance of being fully present in the moment. This is moment we have power over. It is the one where we can make an impact. So why would we have a message about “If I could turn back time?” What would the point of that be? Isn’t it the opposite of what we are encouraged to do?

It is because our memories and past lessons are useful. It is good to remember them. it is good to be able to call them into the present moment and use them for their knowledge, comfort, laughter, love etc. Everything happens for a reason. Our past moments served a purpose. It is good to have them and be able to use them so long as we don’t dwell on them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Enjoy the moment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A lazy day.

-Moose went to the dog groomer. He is seriously one big fluff ball and very handsome. But I do think he was a little ticked off.

-A good book. I do love my Kindle. I just can not wait to pick it up. It is a dear friend. It goes wherever I go. It never ceases to amaze me when I am in a classroom and I ask, “Give me a thumbs up when you are set for silent reading.” When everyone is settled and I pick up my Kindle, the room just stays silent.

-Catching up with Jackie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
