For your consideration…
….every single time.
The love in our heart is never in limited supply. It immediately replenishes itself as soon as we give it away. So there is no need to piece meal it out. We never have to give “a little piece of my heart” away. We can always…always…give our whole heart.
Love is from Source and is Source. It is the essence of who and what everything is. Absolutely everything benefits from love. People, the kitchen table, our lawn, strangers, our car, our neighbors, our job, our enemies, our thoughts and feelings, our writing etc…all benefit from love. The more of our love we give the bigger the benefit for not only the receiver but ourselves as well. The more we give, the more we will be asked to give. Putting our whole heart into people, place and things is always the right solution. It is always a win win.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Love with our whole heart every single time.

-Alex and I went to a book signing party for Claudia Whitsitt.
-It was great seeing teacher and friend, Lori.
