For your consideration…

I should not be surprised by today’s message. We have been working on feeling “zones” with our little ones. They are pretty good at identifying them.

We often have messages about noticing signs put in front of us. Yet still I did not notice this one until it came in as today’s message.

Adults tend to notice our emotions when they are running rampant in the extremes; extremely happy, extremely sad, extremely scared, extremely worried, extremely angry etc. We tend to lump everything else into the “OK” zone and not focus on them too much. It’s just life goes on.

Our message today is very specific. It wants us to focus on the triggers that make us happy. Through our six senses they trigger happiness. Perhaps it is a smell that reminds us of someone we love. Perhaps it is the sound of something or someone that triggers a time of happiness. Perhaps it is the feel of something that triggers soothing and comfort. Perhaps it is the taste of something. Perhaps it is a spiritual knowing that references another time that brought you to happiness…deja vu. Perhaps it is seeing something or someplace where you experienced joy, contentment and happiness.

We want to be happy. Our Guidance wants us to be happy. Triggers are tools they use to help us. We are simply reminded to notice them and do our part to bring happiness, joy, peace, contentment and success to our lives. Noticing them will invite more of them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice the triggers that make us happy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day. Perfect.

-A good doctor’s appointment for Bruce.

-Shopping done.

-Our Alex came home.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
